This Website Privacy Notice explains how PT Formshore Teknik Indonesia processes Personal Data when you visit formshore.com, submit its contact form, or communicate with us about our products, services or projects.

1. Who we are

PT Formshore Teknik Indonesia (“Formshore”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is responsible for Personal Data collected through this website.

2. Personal Data we process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Contact-form information: your name, telephone number, email address, company, position and message.
• Communication information: correspondence and information you provide when contacting us by email, telephone or another agreed channel.
• Technical and security information: IP address, browser or device information, access date and time, pages visited, referring page, cookie identifiers and security events where processed by our website, hosting or security providers.
• Third-party feature information: technical information processed when Google reCAPTCHA or the embedded Google Map loads.

Please do not submit health information, government identification numbers, financial information, other sensitive Personal Data, or confidential project documents through the general contact form.

3. Why we process Personal Data

We process Personal Data where necessary to receive, assess and respond to enquiries; prepare a requested quotation or take other steps requested before a contract; communicate about an enquiry or business relationship; protect the website from spam, abuse and security threats; comply with applicable legal obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

A general contact-form submission does not enrol you in direct marketing. Any future marketing consent will be requested separately and will be optional.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue a legitimate interest after considering its impact on your rights, or act on explicit consent where consent is specifically requested. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already performed lawfully.

5. Disclosure to other parties

We may disclose Personal Data only where necessary to Formshore personnel managing the enquiry or business relationship; providers supporting website hosting, form and email delivery, backups, IT security and spam prevention; Google in connection with reCAPTCHA and the embedded map; professional advisers; or government authorities and courts where required or permitted by law.

6. International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside Indonesia. Where an international transfer occurs, we will handle it in accordance with applicable Indonesian requirements concerning equivalent protection, binding safeguards or consent. Information processed by Google is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Retention

We retain contact-form and communication information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the enquiry. If an enquiry results in a quotation, contract or project, related records may be retained as needed for contractual, accounting, tax, regulatory or legal-claims requirements. When Personal Data is no longer needed, it will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised as required by applicable law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about our processing; completion, correction or updating of inaccurate Personal Data; access to and a copy of your Personal Data; withdrawal of consent where consent is the processing basis; restriction, suspension or termination of processing; deletion or destruction; objection to qualifying automated decision-making; data portability where applicable and technically feasible; and compensation where provided by law.

9. Security

We use appropriate organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Cookies and third-party features

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to identify spam and abusive traffic. Google states that reCAPTCHA sets the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis. The contact page also contains an embedded Google Map. When these features load, Google may receive technical information such as an IP address and device or request information. The Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service apply to Google services.

11. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
