Formshore Teknik Indonesia provides containerised grouting support for offshore foundation work within marine construction projects. A typical equipment spread can be configured with a GMA1500-1200-E turbo mixer and agitator, RISEN RG90 high-pressure grout pump, integrated 150 kVA generator and 390 CFM air compressor, workshop and storage container, offshore compressive-strength laboratory, and an optional 17 m³ ISO horizontal bulk cement-storage container.
Cementitious material is selected to meet approved client and project requirements and may include OPC or specified Densit or Ducorit UHPC products. Formshore operates an Integrated Management System independently certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
