Formshore operates an Integrated Management System (IMS) independently certified to three international standards by Amtivo (British Assessment Bureau) under UKAS accreditation. Together these certifications reflect a single, unified commitment across everything we do: consistent product quality, responsible environmental management, and the health and safety of everyone involved in our work — from our fabrication yard in Batam to offshore installations worldwide.

ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management

ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognised quality management standard. Certification confirms that Formshore applies controlled, repeatable processes across the entire product lifecycle — from engineering and design, through manufacturing, to inspection and delivery. For our clients, it means every concrete pipeline support, mattress and precast element is produced to a consistent, documented standard, with traceability and a structured approach to continual improvement.

ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental Management

ISO 14001 sets the framework for managing environmental responsibilities in a systematic way. Certification demonstrates that Formshore identifies the environmental aspects of its operations, works to reduce its impact, and maintains compliance with applicable environmental legislation. For projects in sensitive marine and offshore environments, this reflects our commitment to responsible manufacturing and pollution prevention.

ISO 45001:2018 — Occupational Health & Safety

ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management. Certification confirms that Formshore proactively identifies workplace hazards, manages risk, and involves its people in building a safe working environment. In an industry where safety is paramount, it provides our clients and partners with the assurance that health and safety is managed to a rigorous, independently audited standard.
